  • Support & Communications: your name, email, and message when you contact us.
  • Device/Log Data: IP address, browser type, and similar technical metadata.

3. How We Use Data

  • Provide the Services: generate tags, attributes/specifications, and SEO outputs.
  • Maintain & Improve: analytics, reliability, security, and debugging.
  • Support: respond to inquiries and troubleshoot.
  • Legal: comply with law, enforce terms, and prevent abuse.

4. Legal Bases (UK/EU)

  • Performance of a contract: to provide requested functionality.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Consent: for certain optional communications or analytics where required.

5. Sharing & Transfers

We do not sell personal information. We may share with trusted processors (hosting, support, email), bound by data protection terms. If we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs for UK/EU).

6. Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. We apply retention and deletion schedules where feasible.

  • United States: U.S. state laws (e.g., California) may grant rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain processing. We honor verifiable consumer requests consistent with applicable law.
  • United Kingdom: Rights under UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
  • Canada: PIPEDA provides rights to access and correct personal information and to file complaints with the OPC.
  • Australia: The Privacy Act 1988 grants rights to access and correction, and to lodge complaints with the OAIC.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children. Do not provide personal information of children without appropriate consent and lawful basis.

11. Region‑Specific Disclosures
